We are currently hiring an Office Manager to support a local Non-Profit Organization that aims to support families in need through food security and additional resources. This is a part-time, contract opportunity.
Job Title: Office Manager
Pay Rate: $22- $24 per hour
Schedule: Monday- Wednesday, 9:30am-5pm (flexibility if needed!)
Duration: 6-8 weeks
Start Date: April 29th
Responsibilities
- Office Administration
- Administrative Support
- Communications
- Financial Management: basic accounting such as invoicing and accounts payable
Qualifications
- Experience with administrative and clerical work Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Friendly and upbeat demeanor
- Must have a vehicle and driver's license
- General accounting experience, quickbooks and bill.com
