Kelly Professional & Industrial is Hiring a Human resource coordinator Near Everett, WA

We are hiring a Human Resources Coordinator to support the hiring needs of a well-known food manufacturer in Everett, WA! This opportunity will allow you to lead seasonal hiring initiatives within a high volume food production environment.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity in Everett, WA. Salary range is $60,000- $67,000 plus benefits.

Responsibilities :

  • Workforce Planning- coordinate seasonal and special project needs
  • Hourly Talent Acquisition- lead full cycle recruiting process for all hourly FTE and contingent workers
  • New Hire Orientation and Processing- coordinate new hire orientation with local presenters and trainers

To be a good fit for this role :

  • Must have large volume manufacturing experience, food manufacturing preferred
  • Strategic sourcing experience, with an emphasis on community outreach
  • Ability to challenge processes when needed, while also effectively handling expectations of business partners and candidates alike.

Qualifications :

  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office (Word / Excel / Outlook / PowerPoint) required.
  • Good presentation, writing, and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Must be willing to travel up to 5% based on the needs of the team and the business.

This position requires manufacturing recruitment experience with an hourly workforce. Strong preference for applicants with food and beverage experience
