Kelly Box & Packaging Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Administrative Assistant to work in a manufacturing environment. The hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm. The pay for this position is $16/hour with opportunity for increase based on performance.

Duties include answering a multi-line phone system, greeting customers and vendors, assisting office personnel, processing basic accounting paperwork, customer service, purchasing office supplies, performing several inventories, occasionally take deliveries, and assisting with shipping/receiving.

Qualified candidates must possess the following criteria:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to lift 50 lbs
• MUST be able to pass a short math test which includes addition of simple fractions (i.e. 3/8 5/16 = ?) and reading measurements on a ruler (i.e. Where is 3/8 at on the ruler?)
• High School Diploma or GED
• Able to pass a drug screen
• Valid Driver’s License

Prior experience in a similar position is preferred.
