Outside Sales Representative (OSR) to drive the sales of the company’s Trex Fencing line. The OSR will drive sales through the new Trex Fencing Certified Installer Program as well as working with other fence installers in the assigned sales territory.
This is a commercial sales position. This is not door-to-door sales.

General Responsibilities
· Achieving sales targets by acquiring new customers, upselling existing customers, and consistently closing deals for Trex Fence products.
· Connect with all FSG branches to identify go-to contractors, i.e., best relationships, good reputation, specialist in privacy fencing, willingness to convert/upgrade customers to Trex, etc.
· Building and maintaining relationships by understanding customer needs, providing excellent customer service, and being responsive to inquiries and concerns.
· Utilize the Trex Fencing Certified Installer program to drive sales with participating contractors.
· Respond to HOA and commercial buyer inquiries; liaise opportunities with contractors, perform presentations and/or perform in supporting role.
· Prospecting and lead generation through cold calling, attending networking events, and utilizing various channels to generate Trex Fence leads.
· Having strong product and service knowledge and the ability to effectively communicate the FSG/Trex Fence value proposition to customers and handle objections.
· Effective time management, keeping accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and other relevant information.
· Coordinate with the marketing/strategy teams to provide guidance and feedback on targeted activities.
· Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions and effectively adapting to changing market dynamics.
· Staying updated on sales techniques, technology, and industry trends.
Requirements

Education & Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
· Minimum 3 years of sales experience in distribution industry, construction products preferred.
· Experience in promoting and upselling solutions to drive customer commitment and loyalty.
· Working knowledge of fence distribution and supply chain is preferred.
