KBKG is Hiring a Sales Support Specialist Near Atlanta, GA

Sales Support Associate

Atlanta office ( must live near the area as this is a hybrid role )

The Sales Support Associate at KBKG could be the right fit for your career move. The Sales Support Associate is a key member of the sales team who provides administrative, logistical, and customer support to help the sales team achieve their goals. These activities include, but are not limited to, managing activities through CRM, gathering data from the client or key stakeholders to prepare proposals and engagement letters, scheduling and joining client calls, and ensuring the sales process is moving along in a timely manner. Our Senior Associate and Manager will work with you to set development goals to ensure growth.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Sales Team, Partners and Directors with proposals, engagement letters, and CRM Managements.
  • Collect data from clients or account directors to prepare proposals timely and accurately.
  • Responsible for coordinating with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely delivery of proposals and engagement letters.
  • Create and maintain accuracy of accounts, opportunities, and tasks in Salesforce to quantify and track interested clients.
  • Track the sales status through our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool (Salesforce.com).
  • Assist with sales pipeline for the region and ensure sales process is moving forward.
  • Assist sales and management team with ensuring ongoing communication amongst our clients, alliance partners and referral sources.
  • Work closely with account directors to transfer qualified opportunities or interested parties by coordinating a call or meeting.
  • Ensure client satisfaction with KBKG and disseminate important industry developments to clients.
  • Achieve or exceed individual sales associate goals.
  • Support the sales team in other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work well under pressure.
  • Work independently & as part of a team in a fast pace, rapid change environment.
  • Attention to detail and good analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to build rapport.
  • Is proactive and takes initiative.
  • Have an interest in Sales.

Preferred

  • Experience with CPA firms and/or B2B Sales
  • Experience in Sales and/or Customer Service
  • Experience with tax incentives
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
