Duties & Responsibilities:

• Process fulfillment orders for various vendors across within USA and International countries as necessary. Including all task related to order fulfillment in various system both interna and external, monitoring of all orders to ensure successful shipment.
• Monitor Identify and resolve any issues that negatively impact shipments. Create, review and distribute daily Order Management report. Work with many various current and future fulfillment vendors US and International based and freight carriers to monitor and identify specific shipping & customs requirements for international shipments.
• Host and conduct internal meetings with internal teams to review and resolve any issues impacting shipment of orders within SLA.
• Work with various teams during new product implementation during pre/post deployment to ensure successful deployment of new products. Attend and conduct Zoom & Teams meeting to include video/microphone. From time to time participate in special projects as requested.
• Working directly with customers, vendors, internal departments, external departments via voice, e-mail, as required. Create & monitor POs, monitor inventory, create inventory reports,
• Work with various fulfillment vendors to help monitor and analyze inventory, create weekly inventory reconciliation reports, host weekly meeting with various fulfillment vendors, identify and assist in resolving inventory gaps.
• Create, review, and receive and receive purchase orders as needed for internal departments and external vendors.
• Provide required monthly reports to Cantaloupe finance department related to shipments.
• Work with various shipping vendors regarding invoices, payments, audits.
• Work with internal teams to conduct quarterly audits regarding inventory for both internal and customers with consignment inventory.
• Identifies optimal shipment and transportation routes with attention to consolidation of warehousing and distribution.
• Liaison with the suppliers and run weekly and monthly OTD (On-Time Delivery) and Cycle Counts reports
• Conduct and participate in daily, weekly and monthly meetings with the suppliers and internal team members
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure orders are fulfilled properly
• Perform and analyze cycle count on a regular basis to ensure accuracy of stock levels in all areas
• Work with internal and external teams to request and document cycle counts and assist to resolve gaps.
• Create and distribute various daily reports as required.
• Working with other internal departments as needed.
• If required Assist and Create RMAs and monitor the RMA progress
• Assist with special project from time to time as needed.

Hours: 9:00 - 6:00 

Extra hours may be required during peak volume periods typically end of Cantaloupe quarters and fiscal year end.

In Office & Remote:

In office hours – 3 days a week

Remote 2 days a week (subject to change with 30 calendar day notice). Order Management Analyst is responsible for providing adequate internet access and employee expense. During times of internet outage return to in office is required. When working remote, Order Management Analyst is responsible for setup of Cantaloupe provided equipment required to perform required duties will working remote.

During remote hour must be availability to attend meeting with include video and microphone.

Preferred Experience:

• 5 years plus in point-of-sale industry
• 5 years plus working with POS vendors, merchants & customers.
• 5 years plus in supply chain inventory process
• 5 years plus in order processing in supply chain, customer order processing

Travel:

Some travel (10% to 20%) is required from time to time.
