Kaye Bender Rembaum is Hiring an Office Assistant Near Orlando, FL

Office Assistant

Kaye Bender Rembaum, PL is a large Community Association practice located in Orlando, FL. The Firm is seeking an experienced Office Assistant. Excellent working environment, competitive salary, health care benefits and 401k.

Must live within a reasonable distance from the office.

Pay rate $18.00 - $20.00 per hour.

Requirements:

Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and valid auto insurance.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

- Perform general office duties including data entry, filing, and transcribing documents.
- Assist in event planning and coordination.
- Manage office supplies and inventory.
- Client updates
- Support office management with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
- Entering seminar credits.
- Saving emails
- Utilize phone systems for incoming calls and messages
- Ability to transcribe information accurately.
- Familiarity with office management procedures.
- Strong customer service skills for effective communication.
- Office Admin Management (IT issues and maintenance issues)
- Prepare standard issue letters.
- Seminar/Expo preparations.

Experience:

- Previous experience in administrative roles is preferred.
- Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Ability to transcribe information accurately.
- Familiarity with office management procedures.
- Strong customer service skills for effective communication.
- Experience as a receptionist is a plus.
- Knowledge of filing systems and organizational skills.

- Proficiency with WordPerfect, Word and Microsoft Outlook programs
