Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Office Manager to join our team. As the Assistant Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and productivity. This is a key role that requires excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Duties:

- Manage and coordinate administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence

- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed

- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

- Manage calendars for multiple team members

- Assist with budgeting and financial management tasks

- Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy

- Maintain employee records and handle HR-related tasks

- Coordinate office events and assist with event planning

- Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance as needed

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an Assistant Office Manager or in a similar role

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Strong attention to detail

- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is preferred

- Knowledge of dental office management

- Ability to effectively communicate with team members at all levels of the organization

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions independently

- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
