Join us and be the driving force in building lasting relationships and enhancing our product impact!WHAT YOU’LL DO : The Channel Enablement Manager will work directly with MSP customers to provide hands-on support to ensure their success with Kaseya’s product lines.
This role is critical to ensure satisfaction and retention across thousands of MSPs. The CSM will be the sales and marketing expert working directly with various employees at each MSP to lead training on various product features and tactics, as well as provide hands-on coaching to help our partners sell the solutions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Point of contact for all Goal Assist activities, including webinars, sales trainings & meetings, Go-To-Market strategy sessions and other revenue driving activitiesDevelop and execute strategy for customer successEnsure client satisfaction by responding promptly to customer inquiriesCoordinate activities of appropriate personnel to resolve issues, including working with the Account Management, Billing and Support team to maintain high customer satisfactionCall and email clients on a regular basis to maintain a strong, working relationship with client's operational and senior management personnel.
Manage time effectively to hit daily and weekly metrics re : dials, talk time, Goal Assist calls and Opportunities createdMaintain a strong knowledge base of the entire suite of products and pricing and educate clients on the product advantagesExercise discretion and independent judgement in determining solutions to relationship issues with clientManage client escalations and coordinate internal resources to ensure timely resolution.
