As a Community Manager specializing in content creation and social media, you will play a key role in enhancing our brand presence and engaging our audience through impactful storytelling. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and distribute content that resonates with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
- Develop and create high-quality, engaging content for various channels, including blog posts, articles, social media posts, and email campaigns.
- Ensure that all content aligns with brand guidelines and effectively communicates key messages.
- Editing and Proofreading: Edit and proofread marketing materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards.
- Manage and execute the company's social media strategy across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Schedule and publish posts, monitor engagement, and respond to comments to foster community engagement.
- Monitor social media analytics and track the performance of content to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Generate reports on key performance indicators and use data to optimize content strategy.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficient in social media platforms and scheduling tools.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Creativity and a keen eye for visual elements in content.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices.
