About your role

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team at UBQ Materials, a leading sustainable materials company. In this role, you will serve as a crucial link between the Marketing and Business Development teams, acting as the nerve center for marketing operations. Your responsibilities will involve a diverse range of tasks, from managing content requests to facilitating the efficient flow of marketing materials, with a particular emphasis on sustainable practices. Your Responsibilities

1. Internal Marketing Requests for Content and Assets:

- Gather relevant content from our repository, including presentations, documents, video, photography, case studies, white papers, and data points.

2. Presentation and Proposal Management:

- Exhibit exceptional PowerPoint skills, with expertise in managing masters, integrating multimedia files and data, formatting, and adapting designs to templates.

- Proficiently handle font management and ensure efficient file size management.

- Ability to work between text-based RFPs and presentation-based proposals.

3. Departmental and Cross-Functional Project Management:

- Utilize tools like Microsoft Planner and other workflow management tools to manage, assign, and monitor tasks.

- Apply project management skills and familiarity with responsibility assignment matrices (e.g., RACI) to ensure effective project execution.

- Support marketing plan focused on digital and social initiatives, public relations, and event marketing, coordinating with multiple external agencies.

4. Marketing-to-Sales Customer Journey and Asset Management:

- Prioritize, locate, assemble, and package the right content and materials for different prospects at various stages of the customer journey.

• 3-5 years relevant experience in a startup or corporate setting.
• Strong digital skills and proficiency in workflow management.
• Sustainability-minded, with a genuine passion for environmentally friendly practices.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Highly proficient in PowerPoint and other presentation software.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage tasks using digital tools.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Located in the United States, preferrable Florida.
