The individual will report to the Florida Marketing Director. Additionally, flexibility to work 2 days per week out of our neighboring Bal Harbour/Surfside Miami office.
- Working proactively and collaboratively every day with the marketing team to champion the Corcoran brand and grow our agents’ business.
- Working directly with agents on creative ideation and execution of marketing materials including, but not limited to, pitch presentations, advertising plans, direct mail campaigns, social media content calendars, as well as other forms of digital/print collateral.
- Working with the agent education, IT, and digital marketing teams to ensure agents are sufficiently trained in and using Corcoran’s latest internal marketing tools.
- Assisting agents with utilization of brand materials and platforms to implement property marketing strategies.
- Create agent/property marketing proposals that include budget planning spreadsheets and initiative action plans.
- Staying abreast of current marketing tactics to serve as a constant source of support and intelligence for agents.
- Collaborate with vital team members on campaign projects.
- Supporting the Sales Director (Broker) on agent retention and recruitment efforts.
- Participating in off-site events such as open houses, cocktail hours, local conferences (The Real Deal), and company initiatives.
- Regularly communicate active initiatives and updates to the Marketing Director and vital team members.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing preferred. Will consider candidates without a degree with relevant industry work experience.
- 3-5 years of marketing, advertising, public relations, or brand strategy experience required.
- 1 year of Real Estate or New Development experience is preferred.
- Understand strategic approach to marketing and using purposeful results. The right person for this role will hold the confidence to establish themselves as an authority in our field, providing effective guidance for all agent levels (i.e. from low-cost marketing plans to $50M pitch decks).
- Customer service oriented by nature, and handle challenges with tact.
- Eagerness to continue learning and engaging with the real estate community.
- Excellent organization, verbal/written communication skills; project management experience a plus.
- Adept at balancing multiple priorities, challenges and expectations without sacrificing quality.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, collaborative, self-motivated and fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suites is a huge plus (specifically InDesign).
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
