We seek a strategic and thorough full-time Restaurant Manager to join our management team at The Club at Kalea Bay

Our Restaurant Manager will oversee and manage the daily operations of the restaurant. Some of the responsibilities and duties include overseeing food preparation and ensuring compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards. Ensuring customer satisfaction with all aspects of the restaurant and dining experience as well as handling customer complaints and resolving issues diplomatically and courteously. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for hiring and training our front-of-house staff positions and assisting the Food & Beverage Director with processing weekly gratuities and payroll.

The minimum requirement is a High School Diploma or equivalent

Must have at least 5 years of food and beverage experience

2 years of supervisory experience working in a high-quality restaurant/establishment.

Florida Food Manager’s Certificate and T.I.P.S training is preferred

Excellent communication, a team player, member service-oriented, and computer skills are essential
