Joo Ok is a contemporary Korean fine dining restaurant. Led by Chef Shin Chang Ho, highly decorated and recognized for his commitment to hansik [Korean Cuisine]. Joo Ok is relocating from Seoul, Korea to NYC’s Koreatown, opening this spring.

Qualifications:
- At least one year of kitchen experience, fine dining experience is preferred
- Knowledge of Korean cuisine is a plus
