This position requires a person who is detailed oriented, and able to independently handle pre-litigation personal injury claims from intake through the settlement process before a case would need to be in Litigation. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, with a strong work ethic who takes the initiative to achieve team goals. Responsibilities: • Obtaining, reviewing, organizing, and summarizing medical records • Preparing, calculating, and maintaining damage summaries including medical expenses, lost wages, and property damage • Preparing and forwarding demand packages to insurance carriers and defense counsel • Communicating and corresponding with clients regarding case status and details • Preparing for disbursement and finalizing the case Desired Skills/Qualifications • BA/BS and/or paralegal certificate preferred, but not required • 3 years of experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal • Articulate, organized team player with excellent grammar and writing skills who is a self-starter • Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment is essential • Solid organizational and interpersonal communication skills • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word & Outlook • Working knowledge of Needles Case Management software is a plus Company Description Since 2006, Fuller Law office has been helping Denver win the compensation it deserves.
