The Ogilvy Group is Hiring a Senior Producer Designer - Now Hiring Near Denver, CO

About Ogilvy

Ogilvy was founded in 1948 by David Ogilvy. David created a culture that deeply respects and cares about its people and clients. Our mission is to inspire people and brands to make an impact and we are committed to attracting, growing, and retaining the best talent in the industry.

About the Role

The Employee Experience team at Ogilvy dedicates itself to quality in its output, and the Senior Production Designer is at the tip of that spear. The person in this role is an expert in their craft with deep knowledge of what makes print, digital and presentation media tick. They are critical support for the entire design team and a valuable collaborator to the account team, clients and vendors. If this position is right for you, you soak up standards and guidelines like a sponge and advocate tirelessly for their effective use. You ask the questions that reveal every consideration affecting end-of-line production quality. You get just as excited about a flawlessly-loaded PowerPoint as you do about a fully-interactive Ebook. You see problems from the user's point of view and bring solutions that are creative yet practical. You're self-directed and know your way around a broad range of current creative software with your eyes blindfolded and your hands tied behind your back - all while juggling multiple projects simultaneously, keeping workflows rolling by meeting your internal and external deadlines. And when it's all said but not yet done, you know how to roll up your sleeves to get in the zone and work. Sense of humor strongly encouraged. Not to laugh away and ignore things that are wrong, but to laugh together as we work to get things right - for our team and our clients.
