Jobscan's B2B sales team is growing and we're looking for a Junior-level sales professional to join us as Business Development Representative. As a BDR with Jobscan, you will be responsible for the outreach engagement of Jobscan's target enterprise clients in North America and globally. This position reports to the Sales Manager.

This position is available to to work remotely for candidates South America.

Must have strong full-proficiency English or native English speaking skills.

Salary: Base salary CLP$20,000,000 - CLP$30,000,000 commission. OTE = CLP$60,000,000

What you will be doing:

  • In this role you'll help drive the B2B sales pipeline by being the first-person contact for prospective Jobscan clients.
  • Engage in direct outreach, as well as, uncover creative methods to reach our target customers.
  • Work closely with our Account Executives and Sales Manager to improve your own sales skills and become experts in Jobscan's products.
  • Room for advancement with good, consistent performance!
What you will need:
  • 1 year(s) of experience in a business development or sales development position, ideally targeting North America based prospects.
  • Should have reasonable technical aptitude.
  • Degree preferred, but no specific education required.
