Get ready to take your sales career to new heights! We are looking for a dynamic and passionate individual to fill the role of Permanent Regional Sales Rep. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in a specified region by developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives. This role is perfect for those who thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment and who are ready to take on the challenge of caring for existing clients to expand our footprint in the market.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets for the assigned region.
2. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold-calling.
3. Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
4. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
5. Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
6. Continuously monitor the market, competitor products, and trends.
7. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer service, etc.) to address customer needs and drive sales growth.
8. Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand your network and increase visibility of our products/services.
9. Provide feedback to the company on market trends, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in a B2B setting, partnering with dealer networks
2. Door and/or window sales experience
3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
4. Proficient in territory sales management.
5. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
6. Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
7. Ability to travel as needed within the assigned region.
8. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
9. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
