• Full time hours
• Ultipro and Kronos experience needed
• Experience with Employee relations, Engagement and Retention, Compensation and Benefits, On boarding and Credentialing, Talent development and learning, Performance Management, Risk Management, Knowledge of Employee Health and Workers Comp. Payroll and Workforce Management and Policy Development and Implementation
• Experience with HRIS
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• 5-8 years of experience in HR and payroll management preferably in Healthcare
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred
• MS Suites
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
