Job Summary: Provides customer service to persons applying for or inquiring about the SENTRI Program, a Federal Government "Trusted Traveler" Program. Handles high volumes of incoming calls, providing program information to the callers and scheduling interviews. Interacts with applicants assisting with participant compliance to program rules and regulations. Enters applicant data into the Federal Government database for processing.
