Job DescriptionOur client is looking for a People Operations temp to assist their team in our NYC office for the next three months.ResponsibilitiesProvide support by responding to incoming emails/calls/requests and answering questions, providing solutions, and/or escalating requests to more senior team members when necessary. Maintenance of up-to-date, compliant employee records in HRIS systems.Process new hire paperwork including I-9s and entering new hires into the payroll system.Draft and process promotion letters and separation agreements, ensuring all information is correctly added into UKG. Assist with employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding and offboarding of employees.Qualifications Able to work a hybrid schedule of 4 days/week in our NYC office and located within 75 minutes commuting distance of the office.
