JMAX Properties LLC is Hiring an Office Administrative Assistant Near Folsom, CA

We are looking for an Office Admin to join our team! this will include managing daily office duties and provide administrative support to various departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Order supplies
  • Maintain supply room
  • Plan and promote office events
  • Open and sort mail
  • Coordinate and order food for meets and celebrations
  • Code invoices
  • Monitor and oversee security system
  • Scan, file and upload documents to internal database
  • Answer phone

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years office/Admin experience.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
