The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing most aspects of day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless workflow and exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute policy renewals and audits per industry standards.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of policies to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date policy documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Type and transcribe documents as needed
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic files and records
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute valuable insights.
  • Provide general support to visitors, clients, and staff

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Insurance Administration
  • Proficient computer literacy, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Experience:

  • Must have experience in the insurance field (any administrative role)

Industry Knowledge:

  • In-depth understanding of various insurance lines and industry regulations.
  • Familiarity with Vertafore/AMS 360
