Job Duties:
Client Acquisition (30% - 40%): Utilize sales skills and general legal knowledge to acquire clients consistently. You will often find yourself working with the legal team and other teams during the client acquisition process, which normally involves:
- Initial contact via various channels
- Meeting coordination, general Q&As, notetaking
- Proposal and retainer agreement drafting
- Regular client follow-ups and problem-solving
Business Intelligence (30% - 40%): Analyze leads and clients, study market trends and competitor strategies, then work with corresponding teams to:
- Inform revenue growth strategy
- Conduct potential client outreach
- Innovate new products or services
Customer Success (20% - 30%): Enhance client loyalty and customer experience by:
- Tracking customer and client feedback
- Managing client expectations, preventing and solving confusion and frustrations
- Conducting crisis PR as needed
Partner Relationship (10%): Identify, build, and maintain partnerships with service providers in the industry.
Job Requirements:
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a problem-solving and out-of-the-box mindset.
- 1 - 3 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably bilingual in Mandarin and English.
- Ability to actively listen and ask the right questions.
- Capable of handling pressure and formulating plans under emergency circumstances.
- Curiosity to resolve complex issues efficiently and creatively.
- Experience using Microsoft and Google Suite in a professional setting. Experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Professional proficiency in both Mandarin and English. Excellent copywriting and research skills are preferred.
