Overview:Reporting to the Director, US Business Strategy & Development, the Business Development Associate supports the overall growth of the Professional Services team at Avison Young with a focus toward our Studio, Project & Construction Management services. This work includes but not be limited to: market research, prospect outreach, proposals, sales and marketing materials, and supporting teams with local business development and proposals.
This position would start at a base salary of $80,000 with the ability to achieve additional compensation through bonuses of up to $30,000.00. This salary range reflects base compensation for the position across all US locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and other factors including relevant education/training, experience, and internal equity.
