Overview:
Jet Dock Systems, Inc. (JDSI) is the manufacturer and seller of a patented , floating, dry-docking product which will accommodate most watercrafts up to 50'.
We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, qualifying prospects, and closing deals. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong technical sales skills and a passion for customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Flawless Lead Fulfillment with company provided leads
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers. - Qualify leads and identify potential customers' needs and requirements
- Provide product information to prospects
- Close sales deals and achieve monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through exceptional customer service
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and update the CRM system (Tour de Force) regularly
Skills:
- Reliable transportation and vehicle insurance
-Knowledge of Tour de Force and Microsoft Office
-Proven experience in technical sales or inside sales
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
