Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven potential employee to join our team in the real estate industry. No license needed. We are looking for someone who is eager to get their foot in the door in the real estate industry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to learn how the real estate process works from an investor's point of view.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers through both warm and cold prospecting
- Set up appointments to see properties throughout Cleveland area
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sales agreements
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
- Aid in the sales process from first contact with seller to closing at the title agency
Skills You Will Learn:
- Experience in telemarketing or inside sales
- Ability to effectively market and sell products or services
- Strong business development skills to identify new opportunities
- Become comfortable with warm calling and cold calling techniques
- Ability to negotiate and close sales deals
- Exceptional customer service skills to build rapport with customers
