JOB SUMMARY: We seek a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to become a valuable member of our dynamic team. As an Inside Sales Associate, you will be crucial in generating new business opportunities and nurturing relationships with existing customers. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess a passion for sales, and have a proven track record in inside sales or telemarketing, we want to hear from you!
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
? Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and
services effectively.
? Meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
? Research, define, and initiate outreach to new customer prospects/sales
opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound calls, and emails.
? Generate new sales opportunities via phone, email, or other electronic
communication channels.
? Schedule meetings and conduct rescheduling calls for missed appointments.
? Assist in administrative department responsibilities to ensure smooth sales
operations.
? Obtain referrals through phone and email outreach.
? Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
? Candidate must be based within the Northern Ohio / Pittsburgh region.
? Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing.
? Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
? Excellent customer service skills.
? Ability to adapt to changes and work independently.
? Ability to work nights/weekends and overtime if needed.
? Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods.
? Desire to learn new things continually.
SALARY:
? Competitive salary in the range of $40,000 to $45,000.
? Performance-based bonuses for exceeding appointment booking targets.
