Threshold Brands is a private equity sponsored franchisor with over 400 franchise locations generating sales of more than $200 million annually. All our brands provide services for the homeowner. We operate the company on a virtual, nation-wide basis. We are searching for a National Sales Center Support Representative.

Support representatives are responsible for assisting customers and franchise owners via email communications. In addition, representatives will assist with analyzing and assessing calls for quality assurance purposes.

PURPOSE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond to email communications in a timely and professional manner.
• Accurately and precisely listen and assess sales and customer service calls on a daily basis.
• Acting as an intermediary between potential customers and franchisees in the initial to the final stage of the sales process

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• 1-2 years of previous sales and/or customer service experience
• Previous phone experience preferred
• High School or equivalent
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask (talking, typing, with attention to detail) 
• Ability to problem solve
• Strong computer skills with strength in typing speed (40 wpm)

Saturday 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Sunday 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM

COMPENSATION

$10.00 - $12.00 per hour with the ability to work from home
