Human Resources Manager - $100k-$115k

Global creative design agency is looking for an all-star HR Manager to join their team. This position will serve as a sole HR practitioner for the firm, with offices in Los Angeles, New York, and the UK, and an employee population of approximately 70-75 people.

This role will manage the entire HR lifecycle, including:

• Spearheading talent acquisition
• Managing employee relations
• Overseeing the onboarding process
• Facilitating Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion initiatives
• Completing performance appraisals
• Liaising with outside vendors to oversee payroll, benefits, and compliance

The HR Manager will be based out of the company's Manhattan office, near Murray Hill. Core business hours are from 9am-6pm ET.

The role will pay a competitive base salary in the $100k-$115k range, with eligibility for discretionary bonus and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications include:

• 5-7 years of HR experience, ideally in the creative industry
• A bachelor's degree
• Proficiency with Mac OS, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience working with the UK is ideal
