iTrust Wellness Group is looking for a Human Resources Assistant to work in an outpatient mental health office setting

What does the Human Resources Assistant role involve? 

Our practice is passionate about mental health, and we are excited to grow our administrative support staff team. This role encompasses a broad array of tasks and goals. 

  • Report to Internal Operations Manager
  • Recruit and coordinate posting open positions, screening, and interviewing
  • Ensure new-hire documentation is completed and processed 
  • Prepare and update employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating in the HR system
  • Conduct new-hire orientation and benefits orientation to build a strong foundation for new employees and increase employee engagement
  • Coordinate new-hire training completion with departments/offices
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
  • Process company payroll
  • Assist answering HR related questions and addressing any employment relations issues
  • Assist in the development of company policies and procedures
  • Manage all details and coordinate disciplinary discussions and terminations
  • Assist employees with benefit programs and all leave requests to comply with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Oversee company compliance to ensure mandatory training and continuing education is complete and documented, including safety training, code of conduct and handbook training, anti-harassment training, and certifications required
  • Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, changes to regulations, new technology breakthroughs in HR, talent, and employment law
  • Oversee company completion of consistent feedback/reviews 
  • Oversee company engagement programs and other employee relations work
  • Coordinate exit process for departing employees
