The International WELL Building Institute™ (IWBI™) is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support multiple leaders within the organization. The Executive Assistant will provide primary support and will provide general calendar/schedule management, travel arrangements, communication and coordination with clients, partners and employees, and other duties/tasks as required.
Note the preferred locations for this position are New York, NY or Washington, DC - however we will consider remote in other locations for the right candidate. Ability to work regular business hours (9am – 6pm ET) in the Eastern time zone required.
