Interfaith Outreach Association is Hiring an Administrative Assistant Near Lynchburg, VA

Interfaith Outreach Association seeks a part-time Administrative Assistant to work Monday through Friday from 9:00 am until 12:30 pm. The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.

Responsibilities

  • Managing meetings calendar
  • Assisting with volunteers
  • Ensure file organization based on office protocol
  • Data entry into program databases and spreadsheets
  • Assist with regular program reports
  • Provide ad hoc support around office as needed

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Data Entry
  • Detail Oriented
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Google equivalent
  • Ability to learn new databases and systems as needed

The position is open until filled.
