Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team. As the Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within your assigned region.
This is a leadership role that requires strong business development and account management skills, as well as the ability to effectively manage a sales team. If you have a proven track record in technical sales, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential areas for growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful product implementation
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of the sales team
Skills:
- Proven experience in the staffing industry business development
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
- Excellent analytical skills to identify market trends and opportunities
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Bullhorn or other CRM software
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Ability to effectively communicate and present complex information to both internal teams and external clients
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
