Integritus Healthcare is Hiring a HUMAN RESOURCES MGR Near Pittsfield, MA

Essential Job Functions:
• Coordinates and manages the employee benefit administration (new hires, qualifying events,
and open enrollment) including employee education and communicating, processing
enrollments/terminations, tracking and reporting as needed.
• Coordinates with external vendors and ensures compliance with internal policies and legal
regulations.
• In collaboration with Regional Recruiter, ensure the smooth transition from applicant to
employee via electronic onboarding and affiliate orientation.
• Assures an accurate and updated system of performance evaluation, employee license tracking,
employee physicals, and vaccines through use of the HR Tracker.
• Maintains employee personnel and medical files in accordance with associated regulations.
• Supports, advises, and collaborates with Leadership on matters of employee coaching and
corrective action, ensuring consistent practices and responses, legal compliance, proper
documentation, and fair treatment of all employees.
• Support, advise and collaborate with Leadership around employee engagement, support and
retention.

• Develop and maintain trusting relationships with employees through various means including
but not limited to rounding for relationships, open door practices, casual and formal meetings,
and general supportive, neutral role modeling.
• Remains current on changing laws, labor trends and best practices, regulations, and company
policy in order to communicate or recommend changes and ensure compliance.
• Manages and maintains all leave of absence programs ensuring compliance with each leave’s
criteria. This will include communication, tracking documentation and time off, deduction
payments, and return to work medical certification.
• Manage the unemployment claims system including responding to DUA, attending hearings, and
monitoring monthly claim expense report.
• Oversees the worker’s compensation program including completion of investigations, filing of
claims and forms, maintaining OSHA reporting, assisting affiliates with required safety drills and
serving on the Safety Committee.
• Other duties as required and as assigned by the Administrator or Home Office in support of
other BHCS or resident care initiatives.
Qualifications:
• 5 – 8 years of broad Human Resources work experience. Healthcare/Long term care or human
services experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Associates’ degree with relevant experience level may be
considered.
• Broad working knowledge of Human Resource programs, laws, practices and regulations to
include key areas such as benefit administration, performance management/corrective action,
investigation procedures, Workers’ Compensation, unemployment, FMLA, legal compliance,
employee relations, recruitment and retention.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to adapt style and delivery in
response to DISC style to ensure a respectful and productive interaction.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally, productively, and
respectfully with all levels of staff, management, residents, and the public.
• Ability to intercede and guide interpersonal relation concerns and conversations in order to
come to a mutually respectful resolution.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to work both independently as well as with a team.
• Ability to monitor accuracy of own work with little direct oversight.
• Ability to represent, model, and articulate the BHCS mission, vision and strategies in their daily
interactions and work within the HR duties and interpersonal interactions.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
• Position may require working beyond normal working hours, including weekends and holiday
