Sales Operations Analyst

What is expected from our Sales Operations Analyst?

Our Sales Operations Analyst will work closely with our Client Services Team and Finance Team to monitor and achieve our revenue goals. This role is responsible for gathering insights to drive improvements across sales reporting, business development, sales related financial processes, and to measure the impact of improvements over time and other duties as assigned.

Every day will find you doing at least some of the following:

  • Collaborating with Account Directors and the Finance Team to develop and ensure accurate forecasting, billing, revenue and cost reporting.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in sales operations.
  • Assessing new sales leads, lead generation solutions, and business development opportunities.
  • Maintaining and updating customer and sales data in applicable systems.
  • Ensuring data accuracy and consistency to support reliable reporting and analysis.
  • Providing analytical support for special projects as needed.

What do I need to succeed?

  • Ability to analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for new business development.
  • Able to prepare comprehensive reports to provide actionable insights to the President, Client Services Team, and Finance Team.
  • Monitor and report on actual performance against forecasts, providing recommendations for adjustments as needed.
  • Evaluate and streamline sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ability to develop and maintain sales collateral, tools, and resources to support the Client Services Team
  • You must pass a pre-employment background check.
  • Ability to learn quickly.
