Title : Desktop Support I
Location : Washington, DC, fully onsite to start, then 2 days remote
Duration : 3 month contract to hire
Compensation : 20-30 / hr and 45-50k / yr on conversion
Work Requirements : Ability to obtain a public trust clearance
Skillset / Experience :
Tier I Administrator to support a Federal Government client. The Tier I Administrator is the central point of contact for all IT-related incidents and service requests and is responsible for resolving support requests as well as meeting customer satisfaction and continuous service delivery demands.
