Summary

This position reports directly to Sr. Vice President. As the Marketing Lead, you will complete work as needed to elevate Innova’s Image and promote the firm’s brand through marketing activities. Your responsibilities will include managing CRM, social media (including posts and blogs), website platform, and maintaining the firm’s marketing library and information database.

Additionally, you will be responsible for the maintenance of resumes and featured projects to efficiently plug into proposals and SOQs (statement of qualifications). You will coordinate project photography and manage the procurement of marketing promotional materials. Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree (B. A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university in Marketing.
• Minimum two (2) years of relevant experience in Marketing.

Core Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and manage social media presence on LinkedIn, Google, and various social media markets to include blogs and posts. 
• Management of Sr. Vice President's LinkedIn.
• Create Marketing Strategies and assist the Business Developer in marketing activities. 
• Manage inventory of marketing, sales materials, promotional items including ordering of supplies and mailing of promotional packages. 
• Manage inventory, photo work, artwork, film, and marketing literature. 
• Manage and update tradeshow calendar and events. 
• Research and identify industry conference where Principal can potentially participate as speaker. 
• Manage RFPs and bid requests by reviewing specification sheets and highlighting requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.

Computer Skills

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have some knowledge or experience in the following:

• Microsoft package Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Internal software.
• Knowledge of graphic software.
• The ability and curiosity to learn new software is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $49,822.32 - $60,001.07 per year
