Description
As an Entry Level Customer Service Assistant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients and supporting the operations of our company. This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic, organized, and passionate about delivering outstanding experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities
- Assisting clients with inquiries, requests, and feedback via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Providing information about our services, packages, and pricing in a clear and professional manner.
- Assisting with order processing, including creating and updating client profiles, generating invoices, and managing payments.
- Coordinating with the event planning team to ensure client needs and preferences are accurately communicated and executed.
- Managing client databases and maintaining accurate records of interactions and transactions.
- Assisting with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and organizing office supplies.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
