Job Description:

AB Business Group, Pittsburgh’s newest Energy Brokerage and Consulting Firm, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our growing team as a Customer Service Representative! As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth!

Duties:

• Develop meaningful rapport with customer(s) to encourage trust and loyalty via B2B relations
• Follow up on cold and warm leads
• Building strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers
• Determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions by using problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Maintain customer information via electronic and physical documentation
• Set and meet goals and objectives approved by leadership
• Act as the client's representative in a firm to ensure that their demands are met with a focus on improving the customer experience

Experience/Skills:

• Advanced motivational and negotiation skills
• Exceptional analytical skills for analyzing client data
• Satisfactory problem-solving skills to help resolve customer complaints or needs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate product ideas to clients
• Advanced mathematical skills
• Sales/B2B experience or the ability to upsell products/services is preferred***
