```Job Summary:
We are seeking a Technical Support Representative to join our team. As a Technical Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical assistance to our clients. You will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to operating systems, software applications, and hardware devices. Duties:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat
- Identify and diagnose technical problems
- Walk customers through the problem-solving process
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department

- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction

Experience:
- Previous experience in a technical support role is preferred
- Proficiency in operating systems such as Windows and Linux
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other software applications
- Knowledge of desktop support, LAN, and help desk operations
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
