We are seeking a Technical Support Representative to join our team. Duties:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat

Experience:
- Previous experience in a technical support role is preferred
- Proficiency in operating systems such as Windows and Linux
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other software applications
- Knowledge of desktop support, LAN, and help desk operations
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
