Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Analyze gathered information including comparative information and statistical information
• Establish effective working relationships with coworkers, clients and/ or the public regarding the work of the ICRC
• Performs related duties as required

Job Requirements:

• Ability to build knowledge of the principles, practices, and the past and current trends of Civil Rights Field on a state and national level
• Ability to secure and analyze data
• Ability to communicate well, both orally and in writing
• Minimum 6 months of administrative experience
• Specialized knowledge of theories, principles, and practices of administrative management
• Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing
• Ability to prepare concise and accurate reports
• Ability to establish cooperative work relationships with a variety of stakeholders
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft 365
• Ability to problem solve and create solutions

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
