Job Title: Fireproofing Estimator - Project Manager

Location: New York City/New Jersey /Philadelphia Metro Area

As a Fireproofing Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to provide top-quality fireproofing solutions for commercial projects in the N.Y. Metro Area. Your expertise in estimating, project management, and fireproofing will be crucial in ensuring the success and timely completion of our projects.

Responsibilities:

• Estimation: Review with our Team accurate and detailed cost estimates for fireproofing projects, considering labor, materials, equipment, and other project-specific factors to provide competitive bids.

• Project Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of fireproofing projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Client Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders. Understand client requirements and provide exceptional customer service, addressing concerns and providing timely updates on project progress.

• Resource Management: Efficiently allocate resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize project efficiency and profitability. Monitor and manage project costs, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines.

• Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies throughout all project phases. Promote a safety-first culture and implement appropriate safety measures to minimize risks and maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in estimating and project management, specifically in the field of commercial fireproofing.
• Strong knowledge of commercial fireproofing techniques, materials, and industry best practices.
• Proven ability to prepare accurate cost estimates and manage projects within established budgets.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite, Procore and Egnyte.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations related to fireproofing is a plus.

Experience
