Office Assistant for Screen Enclosure Company
Growing company needs a reliable, organized office assistant to manage day to day administrative aspects of running the business. The applicant must have a team player attitude, desire to work as efficiently as possible and have excellent client communication skills. We are looking for someone who can manage multiple tasks at once. If you have worked in a fast paced office and would like to be part of our team please contact us.
Responsibilities
Answer multi line phone system
Schedule appointments on 6 different calendars
Maintain filing system
Assist office team as needed
Qualifications
2 years administrative experience
Must be experienced in Microsoft office (Word and excel)
Must be experience in google calendars
Experience with mobile technology and Computers
Typing speed, minimum 60 wpm with 90% accuracy
Must be able to multi-task
