The Graphics Project Manager is responsible for the on-time and cost-optimizing delivery of all graphics projects assigned to them. The Graphics Project Manager is expected to ensure a world-class experience for clients throughout a project’s life-cycle. The Graphics Project Manager will obtain critical project data from clients and account managers alike and accurately disseminate this data to internal stakeholders who will help to facilitate the project’s completion. This position will monitor and manage every phase of a graphics job through effective communication and coordination with other functional areas of the Company (design, production, shipping, install, etc.), in addition to communication with clients. The Graphics Services Project Manager will consistently review client orders to ensure accurate and on-time product delivery, while, at the same time, monitor costs to ensure budgets are met.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (included, but are not limited to)

• Manage local account projects, branded graphics packages, building wraps and other special projects. These projects require communicating with internal stakeholders and with clients .
• Plan, organize, and coordinate various graphics projects simultaneously demonstrating leadership, teamwork, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, innovation and excellence.
• Be flexible and conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines using analytical and problem-solving to anticipate obstacles and develop solutions.
• Manage projects from conception to completion - prioritizing, multi-tasking, and meeting expectations and deadlines.
• Clearly define, lead and communicate project objectives to the graphics team.
• Deliver creative solutions to clients aligning to brand/program standards.
• Prepare detailed project plans and schedules tracking budget and costs.
• Oversee quality control and participate in quality issue resolutions for continuous improvement.
• Assist the Project/ Program Director with any other duties or projects as required.
• Communicate with team members to assess upcoming, current and active projects.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to stay organized managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven account management experience with the ability to manage projects from conception to completion - prioritizing, multi-tasking, meeting expectations, budget and timelines.
• Strong experience presenting to all levels of management both written and verbally
• Deliver client-focused solutions with the ability to think creatively
• Provide an exceptional client experience on a day-to-day basis developing and maintaining long-term relationships.
• Lead and direct the work of others

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 3-5 years of demonstrated success managing projects/programs from a cost, quality and client services perspective
• Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design, business, marketing, hospitality
• Be able to connect and engage with a variety of personalities working well in teams
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Microsoft Office Suite

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in graphics and/or a creative environment
• Event and/or marketing experience a plus
• Salesforce
