Job Title: PROJECT MANAGER/SUPERVISOR with experience in the following restoration categories: Flood, Mold, Fire and Reconstruction.

We are seeking a Restoration Project Manager to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
• Create estimates with insurance industry "standard" estimating program - Xactimate
• Allocate resources for assigned projects
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
• Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction management
• Familiarity with construction management software
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Self-Motivated, Organized, Excellent Communication Skills

Requirements: Minimum 1 Year Management experience, IICRC Certification, Xactimate Experience, Valid Michigan Driver’s License, Full Background Check for Security Clearance, Drug Test
