Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring the efficient functioning of our office. The ideal candidate is a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.

- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries to the appropriate person or department.

- Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents.

- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.

- Maintain and update calendars, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records of important documents.

- Assist in the creation and maintenance of filing systems, both electronic and physical.

- Assist team members with administrative tasks, including document preparation, meeting coordination, and special projects.

- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate effective communication and workflow.

- Address and resolve administrative issues promptly and efficiently.

- Anticipate needs and proactively identify opportunities for process improvement.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.

- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

- Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Education and Experience:

- High school diploma required; additional education or certifications in office administration is a plus.

- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week

Schedule:
