Imagann Facility Support Services, Inc. is seeking a qualified Janitorial Manager to join our team. As a Janitorial Manager, you will oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of our janitorial staff, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities.

Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage janitorial staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.

- Develop and implement cleaning schedules, procedures, and standards to maintain high cleanliness standards.

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleaning protocols and quality standards.

- Train and mentor janitorial staff on proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures.

- Monitor inventory levels and order cleaning supplies as needed.

- Handle employee scheduling, including assigning shifts and managing time-off requests.

- Address any issues or complaints from clients regarding cleaning services promptly and effectively.

- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment for janitorial staff.

Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in janitorial supervision or management.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Must have reliable transportation and be available to commute to Zip Code 31408.

- Flexible availability to work Monday through Friday, with varying shifts.

- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

- Must have experience in stripping/ waxing/ pressure washing carpets and floors.

-Must possess computer skills with proficiency in Windows, Office 365...

-Must be willing to travel daily to multiple site locations to perform daily inspections.

-Experience in janitorial industry is preferred
