IL GATTOPARDO is Hiring a Restaurant manager Near New York, NY
IL GATTOPARDO GROUP is currently hiring MANAGEMENT PROFESSIONALS to be a strong floor-presence, not only maintaining service standards, but to passionately inspire house staff about food, wine, service and Italian hospitality.
The ideal candidate must to have the ability to oversee all facets of service operations, with an emphasis on customer service and staff management.
Requirements & Skills :
- Minimum of 3 years of fine dining management level (Italian Fine Dining a plus!)
- Must to have a deep understanding of hospitality , excellent customer service and communication skills
- Broad experience of Toast, Opentable and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work full-time
- NYC Health Department Certificate - not required, but a big plus!
Above all, we are looking for a responsible, reliable, and mature professional to be part of our team.
Starting Salary : 83K / year plus bonus
