• Receive and coordinate large group reservations
• Manage flow of reservations for each shift 
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant
• Set service standards and ensure all resources (menus, paper, pens, etc.) are stocked
• Manage administrative operations, including monetary responsibilities
• Weekly payroll, manage costs, opening/closing side work
